110kV three phase 3 winding oltc oil filled power transformer products of our company have formed to be standard configuration and at the same time we launched new products such as structure of self-cooling, maintenance-free, high reliability, high impedance, low loss, low noise, low temperature rise, low PD, that is “1-free, 2-high, 4-low”. The products SFZ-31500/100 and SZ10-M-50000/100 firstly passed necessary short current test in 1997 and 2000 and it made this product always stand at the advanced lever in grade 110kV in china.

The 110kV Three Phase 3 Winding OLTC Oil Filled Power Transformer is designed to provide efficient and reliable electric power transmission and distribution in 110kV high voltage systems. With a capacity of  63000 kVA, the transformer features three separate windings, each with its own on-load tap changer (OLTC) and oil-filled insulation system. This allows for fine-tuning of the voltage level in each winding, ensuring optimal performance and stability of the power grid.

The transformer is built with high-quality materials and components, and has been tested in accordance with relevant standards and specifications. The following tests have been performed on the transformer:

• Partial discharge test

• Impulse test

• AC withstand voltage test

• Induced voltage withstand test

• Oil breakdown voltage test

• Temperature rise test

• Insulation resistance test

All test results have met or exceeded the requirements specified by national and international standards, ensuring that the transformer is safe, reliable and capable of performing at the highest levels of efficiency.

Our factory covers an area of 33,300 square meters, with a total construction area of 6,100 square meters. There are currently 260 employees, including 18 technicians who have been engaged in the research and development of transformer products for many years, and 8 high-quality corporate managers. With the expansion of production scale and the increase of product varieties, it has now developed into a high-tech innovative enterprise that annual production capacity of more than 1000MVA, integrating the design, production and sales of open-type dry-type transformers, epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers, amorphous alloy transformers, and special transformers.
