KS13 Oil Immersed Mining Power Transformer

1.Product Features

KS13 series mine transformers are used as power distribution equipment for mines. The product has the advantages of small size, easy to merge, reasonable structure and low loss. It has the characteristics of good thermal performance and so on.

This series of products are made of stacked silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability. The structure is sturdy. High and low voltage cable junction boxes are welded on both sides of the box wall. As a cable connection, the high voltage coil must have a tap voltage of ±5% of the rated voltage. The power supply must be cut off first, and then the wind and rain of the tap changer on the box wall must be removed for conversion. The low-voltage side of the voltage transformer allows the "Y" type to be connected to 693V or the "D" type to be connected to 400V for power supply, and the secondary terminal is directly installed in the cable junction box. The head leads out six porcelain sleeves for the user to change the transformer hoisting and use the hanging climbing welded on the box wall. The bottom of the transformer box is equipped with a skid, and there are installation holes on the skid, which can be used for mines and mine cart rollers when needed.

2.Application

It is suitable for oil-immersed mining power transformers with a capacity of 1250KVA and below and a voltage of 10KV and below. This type of mine transformer is a general oil-immersed transformer without explosion-proof requirements. It is mainly used as a power source for mine lighting or power drag during mine power distribution. After the transformers of this series are transported, they can be assembled with relevant dismantled parts and tested without the need for hanging core inspection.

GB1094.1～2-1996, GB1094.3,5-2003, GB/T6451-2008, GB12173-2008.

4.Use environment and working conditions

1). The height should not exceed 1000m above sea level, and the special environment will be explained separately;

2). Ambient temperature:

The maximum temperature is +40 ℃;

The highest daily average temperature +25 ℃;

The highest annual average temperature is +20 ℃;

The minimum outdoor temperature is -20 ℃.

3). The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 95% "+25 ℃";

4). Although there is coal dust and gas installed in the mine. But no explosion hazard place;

5). The waveform of the power supply voltage is approximately sine wave;
