200 KVA 3 Phase Transformer Parts:
Core
Best quality low loss cold rolled grain-oriented electrical steel lamination. The Core plates shall be insulated from one another to reduce the core loss to minimum and the core shall be held together by bolts and clamping plates all of which shall be adequately insulated. the complete core shall be provided with lifting eyes and shall be braced and supported to prevent movement.
Winding
shall be fully insulated by class A insulation that withstand the highest voltage 12.5 KV.
Main Tank
Shall be mild steel welded construction with minimum plate thickness:
Top: 5 mm
Bottom: 5mm
Sides: 4mm
Radiator: 1.2 mm
Corrugated type: 1.2mm
Gaskets & Joints
All gaskets shall be with cork or similar material as base, bounded by oil resisting synthetic material or rubber. Gaskets of plain synthetic materials not permissible.
HV Side Terminal Arrangements
Outdoor bushings Creepage of 440 mm complete with nuts, lock nuts, washer &
compression lugs for 50 sq.mm copper conductor. Phase to phase centers clearance 270 mm.
LV Side Terminal Arrangements
Outdoor bushings complete with nuts, lock nuts, washer & compression lugs for 4 core cables 185 sq.mm. Phase to phase centers clearance 150 mm.

Conservator Tank: shall be provided complete with filling cap and drain valve
Lifting Lugs: shall be provided
Breather: shall be vandal proof and suitable for climatic conditions. Silica gel breather should be liberally designed and shall be one size larger than normal to avoid the need of frequent replacement of the gel.
Oil Level Gauge: shall be prismatic type for clear oil level indication preferably of glass and shall be replaceable and shall be located on the side of the conservator
Main Tank drain valve: shall be provided
Conservator to main tank valve: Shall be provided
Thermometer: Dial type with maximum reading pointer
